We are please to inform you New version of ICLIGM i.e. ICLIGM-SQL. Find below details of the same:

ICLIGM-SQL is totally new SQL based software. Back-end and front end both have been changed.
We have used MySQL, so you need not to purchase any licence copy of Database.
ICLIGM-SQL is FREE to our existing clients those are using ICLIGM and having valid AMC.
ICLIGM-SQL is FREE offer to you and its valid till 31st of March 2012. After this date this new version shall not be available FREE.
Henceforth we shall do all the letest developments, any changes suggested by Customs, in this new version only. We shall not do any new development,customisation in Old software.
ICLIGM-SQL is user friendly. We tried to keep working of the software simple and similar as our old software. So no training required to use.
Being client server based application, you are requested to dedicate a Windows based machine as Server to install this software.
The installation of the software shall be done remotely only.
We strongly recommend to you to register yourself on our Blog in order to get all latest Software update details.

Happy Lohri to all of you and especially New Borns & Newly Married couples. Lohri is the Punjabi's and Dogra's cultural celebration on the eve of the winter solstice. However, instead of celebrating Lohri on the eve of winter solstice, Punjabis celebrate it on the last day of the month during which winter solstice takes place, Paush. This is due to linking Lohri to the Bikrami calendar. Among Sindhi's the festival is popularly known as Lal loee. On the day of Lal Loee kids bring wood sticks from their grand parents and aunties and like a fire camp burnt these sticks in the night with people enjoying, dancing and playing around fire. With the formulation of the Bikrami calendar, Lohri has been twinned with the Hindu winter solstice festival of Makar Sankranti which relates to the Sun's entry into the new sign, Makar. Hindus pray to the Hindu Sun God, Ravi on Makar Sankranti which is meant to be celebrated on winter solstice day.

ICLIGM Software (Testing & Merging) Module is used for
finding format compatibility of IGM EDI, Non-EDI and ICEGATE
formats.
This Module shows Alert Messages for the possible errors in
the file prepared for filling IGM with Customs.
Messages shown are purely based on Customs department's
prescribed EDI file format and required validations.
Alert Messages shown are simply suggestions in nature. It
does not enforce user to follow the same.
Ultimate choice remains with Software operator.
Acceptance of your IGM is totally in hands of ICEGATE/Customs
authorities. We have no role in between.
There could be several reasons/factors for refusal of your
IGM by the government authorities.
ICLIGM software is designed as per ICEGATE (EDIFACT) format
and it contains several validations. But your file may get struck
due to several un known reasons also, since IGM/EGM preparation is done by yourself.
ICL is not at all responsible for any profits/penalties.
File generated from ICLIGM software is always perfect.
Provided you do not temper with file after generation and Data entered is proper.
Once you communicate with our support team then make sure you
are not raising queries on behalf of other shipping company neither
you involve any other shipping company between you and ICL any form of communication.

11) Make new shortcut of Icligm109.exe
on desktop.

13) Your software is updated now.

Update Details:

Software Tests the EDI file as per the ICEGATE ICES1.5 format.

Software generates the IGM Cancellation, EGM Rotation, Entry
Outward, Rotation cancellation formats as per the ICEGATE ICES1.5
format.

Previous version of Software remains intact.

Current Software database version is 0.12.

If you wish to visit our executive at your good office to update

Till 29th Nov 2010 none of them received reply from ICEGATE server. 3) Extract ImpIgm.zip, TM.zip, Main.zip file in \\conttrac folder. Overwrite if asked.
4) Take backup of 'test.mdb' file present in \\conttrac\data folder.
5) Copy test.mdb file from \\conttrac to \\conttrac\data folder. Overwrite if asked.
6) Open \\conttrac folder and run patch109.exe. This will show the message “Software patch applied successfully”.
7) Your software is updated now.

As you must have noticed that few of the ICD's Import Export Data
is not coming on time. Find below the reason given to us by the Customs Authorities:

"This is with the dispatch of the DAILY LISTS of Exports & Imports for the month of AUGUST 2010. Due to the conversion from the ICES 1.0 to ICES 1.5 SYSTEM OF THE EDI activity, as per the implementation of
the same by the DATA MANAGEMENT OFFICE at NEW DELHI, we are facing certain difficulties in retrieving the data and this is why we were unable to sent the same in time and a delay has occurred in the dispatch of the same. We are making continuous correspondence with the DATA MANAGEMENT STAFF at NEW DELHI , and we presume that the problem will be over with in a couple of days .So please bear with us and as soon as the things will be set right,we will revert back to you with the DATA. The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted please."

Similar mails we have recd from several other ICDs from last few months. As soon as supply from them normalized we shall update this Blog.

12) Make new shortcut of Icligm109.exe on desktop.

13) Your software is updated now.

5) Vessel Name wise search option while taking Form III print.
