This is to update all our esteemed ICLIGM customers, we have fixed rate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) policy which is static for more than a decade. Find below few of the important points for your reference:

• This is AMC based software. 1st year Customer support is free from 2nd year AMC is applicable.
• AMC is 20% (for complete Module) and 22% (for sub Module).
• AMC is based on MRP of software not on discounted price.
• AMC includes regular updates on Software, Telephonic support, Email support, Chat support, Support throe Portal and regular updates/changes from Customs and Ports are taken care.
• Every month an Email from our Management is sent to clients if your software is working fine. In case of any issues you may reply to the mail to resolve the same on priority.

Find below steps to update the ICLIGM Software:

• Download the Import Module from our Website (Eximon.com) using your Customer ID &Password.
  -> On Home page at left side you will find an option ICLIGM Software (Clients Only) in that Click on Login(Existing Clients Only).
  
• Take backup of existing \\conttrac folder.
  
• Extract ImpIgm.zip in \\conttrac folder. Overwrite if asked.
  
• Your software is updated now

• New Terminal Codes for JNPT.
  
• User can able to give or mention TP bond No in LC (Local Cargo) for Chennai Customs.
  

Find below steps to update the ICLIGM Software:

• Download the Update Patch , Import Module from our Website (Eximon.com) using your customer ID:
  -> On Home page at left side you will find an option ICLIGM Software (Clients Only) in that Click on Login(Existing Clients Only).
  
• Take backup of existing \\conttrac folder.
  
• Extract Patch.zip in \\conttrac\icldata folder. Overwrite if asked.
  
• Extract ImpIgm.zip in \\conttrac folder. Overwrite if asked.
  
• Run patch109.exe from \\conttrac folder. This will show the message “Software patch applied successfully”.
  
• Your software is updated now.
